Where There's a Will..

Will See is a Musical Artist/Producer currently based in Los Angeles, CA. Growing up in Albuquerque, NM, Will was classically trained in both piano and violin starting at the age of 5. In 2008, he began teaching himself the guitar and song writing, and formed three different bands. After high school, Will moved to Los Angeles to attend USC, where he earned a bachelor in Sociology. While working on his studies, he also taught himself to produce and record, and began to release and market
his music with another new band before deciding to go solo.

In 2014, Will began posting beats online and gained a small following that connected him with many artists around the world. He was discovered by Atlanta-based record label iLuvMuny Records in 2015, and ghost produced for them until graduating from USC  in 2016. After graduation, Will decided to continue on his own, and started working more closely with the artists he had connected with previously.

From 2017 to 2019, Will produced over a thousand beats, recorded and managed North Carolina artist Jack Doyo, released over 60 of his own songs, made
several music videos, and helped to develop new artists that were gravitating
towards his music. By this time, he had amassed an Instagram following of
over 12,000, but decided to delete the account as he was becoming more
and more disappointed by the state of the industry.

At the end of 2019, Will began working for a new start-up media company called Kingdom of Pavement. Until Coronavirus shut the world down in 2020, he served
as a resident performer at the company's events, ran the sound system, reached
out to sponsors and merchants, and booked new talent.

Right before the lockdown, Will happened by chance to be connected to Mark Rosner and joined the first RiseUP TV tour along with the RMS family.

After all this, he hopes to finally reach a proper audience, and bring true
Positive change to the music industry and the world.

Will See

Los Angeles, California Follow to get notified of new releases I dream a lot. And in 2018, many of my dreams started coming true, literally. However, one dream has always alluded me, and that's been my dream to support myself and my family through my art, even though I've been playing music since I was five years old.

Want to Know More?

1. Who is your biggest influence?

Although it may sound strange, my biggest influence is definitely God. I put Him first in everything that I do, and when I write, I feel that the lyrics and melody don’t necessarily come from myself. While writing, producing, and performing, I actively make an effort to let go of my own desires for how things should turn out, leaving room for God to act. I also try to do this in everyday life.

2. Where would you be without music?

Music has always been a part of my life. I’ve always been attracted to it. My parents often say that as a baby, I would crawl next to the stereo and rock back and forth to whatever was playing. I believe I was meant to be a musician, so I don’t think I would even be on this Earth if there wasn’t music.

3. What made you decide to sign with SGU?

When I met Phyllis on the RiseUP TV tour bus, the first thing I really thought was how much she reminded me of my piano teacher. I started learning piano with Miss Maria (as all her students called her) when I was five years old. Since then, she has basically become like my grandmother. My grandma on my dad’s side passed away when I was two, and my grandma on my mom’s side only speaks Japanese and broken Chinese, so we can’t really talk because I only know basic Chinese. Although Phyllis is certainly not old enough to be my grandmother, the similarities to Miss Maria, especially in the way we speak to each other, made me feel right at home. Given that we are also both Christian and value family, it was a no-brainer to sign.

4. What is your ultimate goal?

My ultimate goal is to change the music industry, and music itself for the better. I want to make a contribution that will last through time, if possible, and to also help others achieve their dreams along the way.

5. What is a fun fact, story, or quirk about you?

I love to watch movies, but I hardly ever remember anything about them after I watch them. I’m also extremely competitive when it comes to sports and video games. Also, I really enjoy multi-tasking. If I’m not doing at least two things at the same time, I get kinda bored.

6. What is your favorite quote?

“Those who have never been told about him will see, and those who have never heard of him will understand.” Romans 15:21

Thanks for supporting our family!
