I am the CEO/founder and owner and manager of Salter Gann Universal Promotions and Management LLC. I started my own licensed radio station 5 years ago, playing the music of recording artists which I manage and promote, as well as all popular artists. Salter Gann Universal Promotions and Management LLC “SGU” won “Manager of the Year” at The Josie Awards in 2018 & 2022. Red Carpet Awards in Europe, I won 2019, 2020, and 2021. I won the “Promotion Company of the Year”, 2022 “Most Trustable Company” of the Year. 2023 I won “Most Appreciated and Trustable Company of the Year.”
For years, I have submitted talented artists, both male and females, to all types of categories and genres. Every year for the past nine years, one or more of the submitted artists have won a category, thus receiving an artist award. I have been affiliated with several Indie Artists Record Labels over the years.
On September 21, 2021, my partners and I started their own record label. On May 31, 2023 we signed with Sony / Orchard to have the label be distributed world-wide by the Orchard. Since those humble beginning, Major Record Distribution, LLC now has six releases through the Orchard, has signed three artists to the label, and has an additional five coming on board, scheduled to release another 16 new songs through Sony / Orchard. One year ago, My partner and I started our own Publishing Company called MRDG Publisher, LLC, registered with ASCAP & BMI.
I have been a Tour Manager on 3 tours during the pandemic. In May 2023, I became a voting member of the CMAs “Country Music Association”.

Christine joined Salter Gann Universal Promotions and Management LLC and Major Record Distribution LLC at the end of 2024 as a solo Artist. Since then, her original song, “Mending Fences”, was released globally and went Gold, Silver and Platinum on the Airplay Express 2025 International Top 20 Gospel chart. She is currently the only Gospel Artist to have a song playing on the radio in Russia. She will tell you “to God be the Glory”! She has been singing for over 40 years for the Lord and is not only a Country Gospel artist but also an Author, Instructor, Graphic Artist, Conference Speaker, and Piano/Worship Leader. Having taught Microsoft Office and graphics classes at a college for 20 years, she retired and is now in full-time ministry and available for your next service or event. She comes on a love offering basis. She is excited to have the opportunity to share her knowledge of the industry and ministry to help other Artists.
Christine came on board with Salter Gann Universal Promotions and Management LLC in December of 2025. She is the Executive Vice President and assists Phyllis with all aspects of the company. She brings a wealth of knowledge about the music industry both from a business as well as artist/ministry perspective. She longs to help artists grow in their career and in their walk with the Lord.

Tim Day
President Christian/Gospel Division
Tim has been a truck driver for over 20 years but his passion is serving and worshipping the Lord. His years working for power companies afforded him the ability to travel the world. One day he began to earnestly pray for God to use him to help others. His servant’s heart did not go unnoticed and God opened that door. In October 2024, Tim found God’s plan for his life. He teamed up with a solo gospel artist who had been traveling the country singing and ministering but was struggling to do it all alone. That connection was a blessing for both of them. He is able to help with every aspect of that ministry and also meet people he can pray with and encourage. Tim will be seeking artists for the Christian/Gospel Division of MRD LLC. He is looking forward to working with the artists to build and/or enhance their brand and most importantly to do the will of God to help other artists reach the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Ronneca Sanchez
A&R / Talent Scout / Promotions / Sales
Ronneca was born in Lancaster, Ohio and moved to Kansas to pursue her dreams and career with a rock band called Ridiculas Trixx. She also helped build a current online radio station from the ground up and was a DJ for a couple of years until she pursued her career in music.
Playing the violin all through school, Ronneca learned to teach herself to play many instruments by ear. Her vocals are powerful and her operatic pitch is remarkable to say the least. She works very hard in educating herself on all current music industry changes, and utilizes all her knowledge to assist others in areas she feels will most benefit them to help their careers in music. Ronneca truly cares about the music industry and amazing talent and is looking forward to utilizing her skills for all her future endeavors.
